Upon arriving, take some time to check in to your hotel and make sure you’re comfortable. If you’ve ordered a Belgian polo, we’ll deliver it to you!

The evening Cheese Fondue is the first official part of the Pretour pack. Welcome to Switzerland!

Free time in a foreign city allows for exploring new cultures, trying local cuisine, meeting new people, experiencing new activities, and creating unforgettable memories. It broadens perspectives, challenges personal comfort zones and enriches one’s life.

Lunch & Travel

After a lunch together (last official activity in the Pretour) we’ll travel to Zürich. This way, we have more than enough time to check in to our hotel there and be on time for the Opening Ceremony of the World Congress!

Decisions, decisions.

Why Bern?

Bern is the capital of Switzerland, with a well preserved medieval old town and historic buildings, like the clock tower and cathedral. It is located on the Aare river and surrounded by beautiful alpine scenery. It has a rich cultural scene including museums, theaters, and food.

Last but not least, its central location in Switzerland means we never have to travel too far to activities, and we can stay in the same hotel for the entire pretour!

Hotel

We’ll stay at the Prizeotel Bern City. Not only do they offer modern, design oriented rooms, but it’s also located right in the heart of Bern!

They offer fast and free wifi (think about your phone bill, this is not the EU!).

Overall, it’s simply a good balance between price, location and tot offer.
