Regular Fee ends on July 31st!

The regular fee deadline has been extended from April to July!

JCI Lier offers a Pretour and a Belgian Pack to ease your travels to the World Congress later this year. What we can’t offer in our packages, is the congress fee.

You need a JVC account to buy a Congress Fee. That same account will be used later to select your program items.

Be aware of their deadlines:

Early Bird – USD 575

Regular – USD 625 – until 31/07/2023

Late Bird – USD 675 – until Congress start

Our offer

Our main goal is to offer you a pleasant stay in Switzerland, taking the chore of researching everything out of your hands, and bringing the Belgians together on this wonderful Congress.

There are 2 parts to our organisation: the pretour, and support during the conference itself.

Pretour

The pretour will commence on the 11th of November, in the evening. This gives everyone enough time to travel to Switzerland. We’ll organise the pretour from Bern. Located centrally in Switzerland, it’s ideal to discover the country.

On the 14th, we’ll travel to Zürich together to check in to the Belgian Hotel there, and make sure you arrive in time for the Opening Ceremony!

Pretour prices start at € 625.

Belgian Pack

What’s included:

5 night stay at the Ibis Zürich Messe Airport hotel, at walking distance from the Congress. Access to the Belgian Reception. Inclusion in all of the communication channels and tips and tricks!

The organizing team will make sure your stay in Switzerland is as pleasant and frictionless as possible!

Belgian Pack prices start at € 525.

Prices

So Switserland is expensive, right? Yes, there’s no denying it. But please remember JCI Congress prices are an absolute steal, if you look at the return on investment! JCI Switzerland is also VERY well connected, so expect the program to be of very high quality!

A cost example: travel together with 4 people in 1 car (9L / 100km & 1.9€ / L):

Congress Fee: 625 USD

Belgian Delegation: 525 EUR

Diesel: 50 EUR per person

Péage France: 12.5 EUR per person

Vignette CH: 10 EUR per person

Drinks / food while there: up to you. (Remember there’s a Belgian reception, an opening party, a gala, and 2 National Nights included already!)

Total per person: 1222.50 EUR

Add that the World Congress is 1 day longer than a European Conference, and I’d argue attending Zürich is cheaper than attending Bucharest!
